Friendly, clean, helpful and blissful… very relaxed and enjoyed!

Friendly and helpful staff, room was delightful, breakfast had a great variety of local cuisine to try. Facilities were fabulous.

The room and hotel are just exactly like the pictures. Once we entered the hotel we were warmfully welcomed and got a map with a few suggestions for the city. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom was comfortable with a douche cabin. The beds are so good. The breakfast is extensive. As vegetarians we were very happy. They make you an omlet or a bowl of noodles (with a vegetarian option) besides the buffet. The staff is amazing. They will offer and provide you with any information/suggestions you need. We would certainly come back to the Royal Mansion. 100% recommended

Wonderful

Probably our favourite place we stayed at during our two weeks in Vietnam! The rooms are modern, very clean, have a little balcony, a spacious bathroom and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also really nice (a combination between Eastern and Western breakfast) and it's just a short ride from the hotel in to the center of Hoi An. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help organising tours, taxi's or anything else you would need. We also really loved the pool and spa facilities.

We really enjoyed our time at the Royal Mansion. The hotel is beautiful and the room was modern and clean. The included breakfast each morning was also very tasty. Overall it was great value for money. But what made our stay exceptional was the outstanding and very kind staff. In particular, the front office staff (Anna and Kelvin) went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible! Thanks for a great stay!

The location is a bit farther away from the old town, so you’ll need to walk 20 minutes or take a taxi/bike but that’s doable!

Lovey Hotel

Beautiful hotel with a large, comfortable breakfast room. Nice pool in the center of hotel’s inner courtyard. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was very cold! Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Loved the enclosed, walk-in shower. Lots of hot water! Also enjoyed the balcony. Great place to have coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Loved the free bikes. We borrowed bikes almost every day we stayed there. Hotel runs out of bikes by late morning. Best to get your bike early or you could miss out. Housekeeping tidied up the room daily. Loved having fresh towels and bottled water, such a nice treat. Hotel staff were wonderful! They were friendly, helpful, very professional and spoke good English. There are good restaurants and (small) grocery stores within walking distance. We found Minimart & Bich Cam to be a great place to grab snacks, beer and wine. Juicy Burger, right next door, serves a tasty beef burger. Both just a 5 minute walk from hotel. If you are looking for Western-like food/groceries, recommend Dingo Deli and Hoi An Gourmet (bought great Cheddar Cheese there). Also enjoyed Bahn Mi Queen. The pork bahn mi is delicious.

It would have been nice to have two nightstands, two bedside lamps, two wine glass in our double room. I’ll never understand why hotels think only one person needs a nightstand and lamp by the bed. The hotel is a little far from Old Town, about a 25 minute walk/ 15 minute bike ride. We walked to/from Old Town almost everyday so it wasn’t an issue for us. You can also use Grab to get a taxi. It would be very inexpensive.
